Refund policy

I. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the exclusive nature of our production model (Print on Demand / Made-to-order), every VOID piece is manufactured specifically for you upon order confirmation. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

II. DEFECTS & ERRORS (Our Guarantee) Your technical satisfaction is our priority. We will only process refunds or free replacements in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Damaged stitching, holes, or material flaws.

  • Printing Errors: The design does not match the order or arrived damaged.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a completely different garment, size, or color than what was ordered.

III. CLAIM PROCESS If your order presents any of the issues mentioned above:

  1. Contact us at void.archive.official@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos of the defect and a photo of the shipping label on the package.

  3. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

IV. SIZE EXCHANGES As we maintain a limited "archive" (no physical stock), we cannot perform size exchanges once a garment has been produced. We strongly urge you to consult our Size Guide before finalizing your purchase to ensure your desired fit (Slim vs. Heavyweight).

V. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
