I. ARCHIVAL PRODUCTION TIMES All VOID garments are produced on-demand to ensure the highest quality standards and minimize environmental waste.

• Processing: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be digitized, printed, and quality-checked before dispatch.

• Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

II. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES We offer worldwide shipping with high-reliability carriers.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after the processing period.

• Express Shipping: (If available at checkout) Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or destination logistics.

III. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS VOID ships globally. However, please be aware of the following:

• Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees once a shipment reaches your country.

• Responsibility: These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. VOID has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

IV. TRACKING & DELIVERY Once your package is in transit, the carrier is responsible for its delivery.

• If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the local carrier office directly.

• VOID is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

V. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
